During Body Voices Basic #2 in Tübingen in October, we continuously tracked the participants' wellbeing – at the beginning and end of each day, before and after each session. The development from the very first to the very last measurement shows: average wellbeing increased by 4.3 points on a scale from 0 to 10 from the beginning to the end of our workshop weekend.
